Bear In Heaven have contributed a track to Gonjasufi’s album The Caliph’s Tea Party. Their remix sits alongside the likes of Broadcast and The Focus Group, and is streaming as today’s Clash Music’s Track of the Day.

The track is taken from taken from the newly-released Beast Rest Forth Mouth: Remixed. The remixers “soup up and extend the highest highs” (Drowned In Sound, 8/10) creating tracks that are “melodically lush and dancefloor-driven” (Uncut). “A disparate cast reconfigures the band’s instantly memorable choruses and hooks into gothic electro, krauty techno and ominous weirdo-disco with almost universal success” (iDJ Magazine, 9/10).

Dreamboat veterans Robin Allender and Dave Collingwood have been very busy over the last year. Following on from successes with the much-loved Allender Band, Robin and Dave were asked to join the touring band of renowned composer and musician Yann Tiersen in early 2009. Since then the pair have been touring the world almost non-stop. Although this put the Allender Band on hiatus, the pair decided to work on a studio-based project called Three-Cornered Moon in breaks from touring. Taking the chance to experiment in their home studio, the duo set about constructing a lush, expansive and layered sound that builds upon the delicate, folk-influenced pop of the Allender Band.
